摘  要:目的:探讨分析干化学法与尿沉渣镜检法检测尿液中红细胞和白细胞的作用和价值。方法:以本院2019年3月~2020年2月收治的300例患者的尿液检测样本为研究对象,分别采用干化学法与尿沉渣镜检法进行检测,比较其检测结果及其相关指标。结果:干化学法与尿沉渣镜检所检出的红细胞阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种方法检测白细胞阳性例数和检出率分别为115例、122例和38.33%、40.67%;两种方法阳性检出率存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:两种方法检测尿液中的红细胞和白细胞各有所长和不足,在具体操作中应当取长补短、相互结合,以提高检测结果的准确性和可靠性。Objective:To explore the role and value of dry chemistry and microscopic examination of urine sediment in the detection of erythrocyte and leukocyte in urine.Methods:The urine samples of 300 patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were taken as the research object.Dry chemistry method and urine sediment microscopic examination method were used for detection respectively,and the detection results and related indexes were compared.Results:There was significant difference in the positive rate of red blood cells between dry chemical method and microscopic examination of urinary sediment(P<0.05);The number and detection rate of leukocyte positive cases detected by the two methods were 115 cases,122 cases,38.33%and 40.67%respectively;There was significant difference in the positive detection rate between the two methods(P<0.05).Conclusion:The two methods have their own advantages and disadvantages in detecting red blood cells and white blood cells in urine.In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of detection results,they should learn from each other and combine with each other in specific operations.
