摘　　要：目的:研究POCT血糖仪及全自动生化分析仪血糖检测结果对比情况。方法:从2019年12月~2020年12月在本院进行血糖检测的患者中,随机抽取100例作为研究对象,按照数字表达法均分为两个组别,每组各50例。其中对照组应用全自动生化分析仪进行血糖检测、观察组应用POCT血糖仪进行检测,对比两种血糖仪检测结果、精密度指标和回归分析指标。结果:POCT血糖仪、全自动生化分析仪的相关性非常高,血糖检测无明显差异,P>0.05;观察组POCT血糖仪与对照组全自动生化分析仪的精密度指标、回归分析指标差异十分明显,存在统计学意义,P<0.05;强生血糖仪、罗氏血糖仪、雅培血糖仪的检验结果和生化分析仪相比差异并不显著,数据不存在统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:POCT血糖仪在血糖检测过程中发挥出了理想的作用效果,在不同浓度血糖水平下能够满足血糖检测需求,值得应用于临床血糖实施监测过程中。Objective:To study the comparison of blood glucose detection results between POCT blood glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer.Methods:A total of 100 patients who underwent blood glucose detection in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly selected as research objects and divided into two groups according to the numerical expression method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was tested by automatic biochemical analyzer,while the observation group was tested by POCT glucose meter.The test results,precision indexes and regression analysis indexes of the two glucose meters were compared.Results:The correlation between POCT blood glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer was very high,and there was no significant difference in blood glucose detection(P>0.05).The precision index and regression analysis index of POCT glucose meter in the observation group and automatic biochemical analyzer in the control group were significantly different,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The test results of Johnson’s blood glucose meter,Roche’s blood glucose meter and Abbott’s blood glucose meter were not significantly different from those of biochemical analyzer,and the data were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:POCT glucose meter plays an ideal role in the process of blood glucose detection,can meet the requirements of blood glucose detection in different concentrations of blood glucose levels,is worthy of application in the clinical implementation of blood glucose monitoring process,is a worthy of promotion.
