摘　　要：目的:分析一次性膀胱冲洗引流瓶在持续膀胱冲洗(CBI)中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年3月~2020年5月于本院接受尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)及经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术(TURBT)后行CBI干预的90例患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=45)和试验组(n=45),对照组给予子母式集尿器,试验组给予一次性膀胱冲洗引流瓶。对比两组CBI时间、导尿管堵管发生率、留置尿管时间、患者舒适度与满意度、导尿管相关尿路感染发生率、膀胱痉挛发生率情况。结果:试验组导管留置时间、CBI时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者舒适度、满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组膀胱痉挛、导尿管堵管发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);对比两组导尿管相关尿路感染发生率,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:一次性膀胱冲洗引流瓶的应用可减少CBI时间及尿管留置时间,降低膀胱痉挛、堵管并发症,提高患者舒适度及满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of disposable bladder irrigation and drainage bottle in continuous bladder irrigation(CBI).Methods:90 patients with CBI after TURP and TURBT in our hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and experimental group(n=45).The control group was treated with maternal urine collector,and the experimental group was given disposable bladder irrigation drainage bottle.CBI time,incidence of catheter blockage,indwelling catheter time,patient comfort and satisfaction,incidence of catheter-related urinary tract infection and bladder spasm were compared between the two groups.Results:The catheter indwelling time and CBI time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The comfort and satisfaction of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of bladder spasm and urinary catheter blockage in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of catheter-related urinary tract infection between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of disposable bladder irrigation and drainage bottle can reduce CBI time and catheter indwelling time,reduce bladder spasm and tube plugging complications,improve patient comfort and satisfaction,and reflect good clinical promotion value.
