摘  要:目的:探究孕妇尿液检测中应用干化学法、手工法及尿沉渣分析仪的结果对比。方法:收集本院孕妇新鲜尿液标本96份,选择一次性塑料杯随机抽取孕妇尿液,充分混匀分为两管,一支用干化学法,一支用尿沉渣;干化学法与尿沉渣检测结果呈阳性时,采用手工法进行尿沉渣检查。结果:尿沉渣分析仪检查孕妇尿液结果说明尿沉渣分析仪检查的准确度不高;和手工法对比,尿沉渣分析仪检查孕妇尿液的结果显示:白细胞阳性预测值低于干化学法(P<0.05);隐血阳性预测值低于干化学法(P<0.05)。结论:尿沉渣分析仪对各指标的阳性预测值较低,干化学法对孕妇尿白蛋白的阳性预测值较低,所以,在孕妇尿干化学法和尿沉渣分析仪检测出现不同时,需予以显微镜检查,以此改善假阳性。Objective:To compare the results of dry chemical method,manual method and urinary sediment analyzer in the urine detection of pregnant women.Methods:96 fresh urine samples of pregnant women in our hospital were collected.The urine of pregnant women was randomly extracted from disposable plastic cups,fully mixed and divided into two tubes,one with dry chemical method and the other with urinary sediment;When the results of dry chemical method and urinary sediment test are positive,the urinary sediment test shall be carried out manually.Results:The results of urine sediment analyzer showed that the accuracy of urine sediment analyzer was not high;Compared with the manual method,the results of urine sediment analyzer showed that the positive predictive value of leukocyte was lower than that of dry chemistry method(P<0.05);The positive predictive value of occult blood was lower than that of dry chemical method(P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive predictive value of urine sediment analyzer for each index is low,while that of dry chemistry method for pregnant women’s urine albumin is low.Therefore,microscopic examination is required to improve false positives when the detection of pregnant women’s urine dry chemistry method and urine sediment analyzer is different.
