脑功能治疗仪与高压氧治疗脑卒中后抑郁状态的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价脑卒中后抑郁患者采取脑功能治疗仪联合高压氧治疗的可行性和预后效果,为脑卒中后抑郁患者的治疗提供参考,以促进患者康复。方法:选择2018年10月~2019年7月本院收治的110例脑卒中后抑郁患者,随机分为帕罗西汀治疗的对照组(n=55)和脑功能治疗仪联合高压氧治疗的观察组(n=55)。比较两组患者抑郁情况、运动功能改善情况以及治疗效果、患者满意度情况。结果:治疗前,2组脑卒中后抑郁患者HAMD抑郁评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分比较,P>0.05。治疗后,2组脑卒中后抑郁患者指标评分改善,且观察组改善幅度大,P<0.05。另外,2组脑卒中后抑郁患者治疗效果比较,观察组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;患者满意度问卷调查方面,观察组患者的满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:脑卒中后抑郁情况明显,帕罗西汀治疗效果有限,脑功能治疗仪与高压氧治疗在改善患者症状体征方面效果显著,促进了患者康复预后,患者满意度高。Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and prognostic effect of brain function therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with post-stroke depression,so as to provide reference for the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression,so as to promote the recovery of patients.Methods:A total of 110 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into paroxetine-treated control group(n=55)and brain function therapy instrument combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy observation group(n=55).The depression,improvement of motor function,treatment effect,and patient satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,the HAMD depression score and Fugl-Meyer motor function score were compared between the two groups of post-stroke depression patients,P>0.05.After treatment,the index scores of post-stroke depression patients in the two groups improved,and the observation group improved significantly,P<0.05.In addition,comparing the treatment effects of the two groups of post-stroke depression patients,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;in the patient satisfaction questionnaire survey,the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Post-stroke depression is obvious,paroxetine treatment effect is limited,brain function therapy device and hyperbaric oxygen therapy are effective in improving the symptoms and signs of patients,promoting the rehabilitation and prognosis of patients,and the satisfaction of patients is high.
