摘　　要：目的:探讨自动化腹膜透析治疗复方感冒制剂引起药物性脑病的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2017年11月~2019年12月本院8例腹膜透析患者在家自服复方感冒制剂后出现药物性脑病的临床资料。结果:8例腹膜透析患者使用复方感冒制剂后出现药物性脑病,入院后均采用自动化腹膜透析机进行连续循环24h腹膜透析,精神症状消失。结论:腹膜透析患者服用复方感冒制剂易出现药物性脑病,自动化腹膜透析治疗药物性脑病有效。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of automatic peritoneal dialysis in the treatment of drug encephalopathy caused by compound cold preparations.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 8 patients with peritoneal dialysis in our hospital who developed drug-induced encephalopathy after taking compound cold preparations at home from November 2017 to December 2019.Results:8 patients with peritoneal dialysis developed drug encephalopathy caused by compound cold preparation.All the patients underwent continuous 24-hour peritoneal dialysis with automatic peritoneal dialyser,and their mental symptoms disappeared.Conclutions:Patients with peritoneal dialysis who take compound cold preparation are prone to drug encephalopathy,and automatic peritoneal dialysis is effective in the treatment of drug encephalopathy.
