电针联合通癃软结汤治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析电针联合通癃软结汤治疗前列腺增生的疗效及对夜间尿频和性生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年1月本院收治的106例前列腺增生患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组53例,对照组单独给予通癃软结汤治疗,观察组联合采用电针治疗,对比两组治疗前后残余尿量、最大尿流率、平均尿流率和前列腺体积指标水平,并观察患者不良反应情况、国际前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分。结果:两组治疗前残余尿量、最大尿流率、平均尿流率和前列腺体积指标水平、生活质量接近,观察组治疗后残余尿量、最大尿流率、平均尿流率和前列腺体积指标水平较理想。结论:在应用通癃软结汤的基础上,联合采用电针治疗前列腺增生的有效率更高,可改善患者前列腺功能,患者生活质量也得到提升。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with Tonglong Soft Knot Soup in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and its effect on nocturnal urination frequency and quality of sexual life.Methods:106 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected,randomly divided into observation group and control group,53 cases,the control group was treated with tonglong soft knot soup,the observation group combined with electric needle treatment,compare the two groups of residual urine volume,maximum urine flow rate,average urine flow rate and prostate volume index level,and observed patient adverse reactions,international prostate symptom score,quality of life score.Results:The levels of residual urine volume,maximum urine flow rate,average urine flow rate,prostate volume index and quality of life were similar between the two groups before treatment,while the levels of residual urine volume,maximum urine flow rate,average urine flow rate and prostate volume index were ideal in the observation group after treatment.Conclusions:Based on the application of tonglong soft knot soup,the joint use of electric needle to treat prostate hyperplasia is more efficient,which can improve the prostate function of patients,and the quality of life of patients is also improved.
