彩色多普勒阴道超声在早期不典型宫外孕诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:研究早期不典型宫外孕以彩色多普勒阴道超声诊断的价值。方法:选择2018年11月~2020年11月在本院治疗后证实为早期不典型宫外孕患者60例,根据治疗前所接受超声检查方法的不同分成两组,治疗前接受普通超声检查的30例患者定为对照组,治疗前接受彩色多普勒阴道超声检查的30例患者定为研究组。结果:研究组治疗前超声结果与治疗后证实结果符合率93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%;检查操作时间和病情确诊时间短于对照组;相关妊娠指标检测结果检出率均高于对照组,组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期不典型宫外孕患者采用彩色多普勒阴道超声技术进行诊断,不但缩短检查时间,还能提高准确性,减少误诊、漏诊。Objective:To study the value of color Doppler transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of early atypical ectopic pregnancy.Methods:60 patients with early atypical ectopic pregnancy confirmed after treatment in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different methods of ultrasound examination before treatment.30 patients who received ordinary ultrasound examination before treatment were selected as the control group,and 30 patients who received color Doppler vaginal ultrasound examination before treatment were selected as the study group.Results:The coincidence rate of ultrasound results before treatment and confirmed results after treatment in the study group was 93.3%,which was higher than 73.3%in the control group;the examination operation time and the diagnosis time were shorter than those in the control group;the detection rate of related pregnancy indicators was higher than that in the control group.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of color Doppler transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of early atypical ectopic pregnancy can not only shorten the examination time,but also improve the accuracy and reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
