摘　　要：目的:探析CT引导下皮肺穿刺对肺亚实性结节病变的诊断价值。方法:选择2015年7月~2020年7月本院普外肿瘤科收治的284例肺亚实性结节病变患者,均行CT引导下皮肺穿刺,探究其诊断准确度及并发症发生率。结果:CT引导下经皮肺穿刺诊断出良性符合率为98.60%、敏感度为95.71%、特异度为99.07%,并发症发生率为26.41%,未见严重并发症。结论:肺亚实性病变可用CT引导下经皮肺穿刺诊断,准确率高,且安全可行。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of CT-guided cutaneous pulmonary puncture in pulmonary asnodular lesions.Methods:284 patients with subsolid lung nodules admitted to the Department of General Surgery Oncology of our hospital from July 2015 to July 2020 were selected for CT-guided subcutaneous lung puncture to explore their diagnostic accuracy and complication rate.Results:The benign coincidence rate,sensitivity and specificity of CT-guided percutaneous lung puncture were 98.60%,95.71%and 99.07%respectively.The complication rate was 26.41%and no serious complication was found.Conclusion:CT-guided percutaneous lung puncture can be used to diagnose pulmonary asthenic lesions with high accuracy,safety and feasibility.
