急腹症诊断中采用全面腹部超声检查的有效性研究

摘　　要：目的:分析通过全面腹部超声检查急腹症的有效性。方法:本文选择调查时间为2019年4月~2020年2月,选择在此期间到本院接受治疗的44例急腹症患者作为调查对象,对所有患者分别选择常规超声检查和全面腹部超声检查手段进行检查,比较两种不同检查方案对急腹症的临床检出状况。结果:通过全面腹部超声检查,检出率为100.00%,而通过常规超声检查,检出率为79.55%(35/44),P<0.05;对两种不同检查手段的检查时间和临床诊断时间进行统计比较,全面腹部超声的检查所需时间和常规超声之间无明显差异,P>0.05;但全面腹部超声诊断所需时间比常规超声短,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论:对急腹症进行诊断的过程中通过采用全面腹部超声进行检查可以有效提升检出率,同时能够缩短诊断所需的时间,为患者的临床治疗提供了科学的依据。Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination of acute abdomen.Methods:The survey period was selected from April 2019 to February 2020,and 44 patients with acute abdomen who were treated in our hospital during this period were selected as the survey objects.For all patients,conventional ultrasound examination and comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination were selected.Examinations were performed to compare the two different examination protocols for clinical detection of acute abdomen.Results:Through a comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination,the detection rate was 100.00%,and through routine ultrasound examination,the detection rate was 79.55%(35/44),P<0.05;The examination time and clinical diagnosis time of two different examination methods were performed.Statistical comparison showed that there was no significant difference between the time required for a comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination and conventional ultrasound,P>0.05;But the time required for a comprehensive abdominal ultrasound diagnosis was shorter than conventional ultrasound,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The use of comprehensive abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen can effectively improve the detection rate and shorten the time required for diagnosis.It provides a scientific basis for clinical treatment of patients.
