全面腹部超声检查在急腹症诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨全面腹部超声检查在急腹症诊断中的价值。方法:选择2019年1月~2019年12月本院收治的100例急腹症患者,随机均分2组各50例,对照组采用常规超声,研究组采用全面腹部超声,对比两组诊断结果。结果:研究组检查时间长于对照组,诊断时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组诊断符合率92.00%高于对照组76.00%(P<0.05)。结论:全面腹部超声检查在急腹症诊断中的价值显著,可以缩短诊断花费的时间并提高诊断的符合率,减少临床误诊、漏诊。Objective:To explore the value of comprehensive abdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute abdomen.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute abdomen admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group,the control group with conventional ultrasound,the study group with comprehensive abdominal ultrasound,and the diagnosis results of the two groups were compared.Results:The examination time of the study group was longer than that of the control group,and the diagnosis time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate of the study group was 92.00%higher than that of the control group(76.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The value of total abdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute abdomen is significant.It can shorten the time of diagnosis and improve the coincidence rate of diagnosis,and reduce the clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
