摘 要:目的:比较臂式电子血压计和汞柱式血压计测量结果的差异。方法:选择2019年1月~2019年12月来本院门诊部进行治疗的98例高血压患者作为观察组,选择同期来本院进行体检的98例健康人作为对照组,对所有研究对象进行血压测量的时候,分别选择臂式电子血压计和汞柱式血压计进行血压测量,并且对两种不同测量方法的血压测量值进行比较,分析测量结果的差异性。结果:通过汞柱式血压计对两组研究对象的血压状况进行检查,观察组的舒张压和收缩压都明显比对照组更高,P<0.05;通过臂式电子血压计对两组研究对象的血压情况进行检查,观察组的舒张压和收缩压也明显比对照组更高,P<0.05;对两组研究对象经臂式电子血压计和汞柱式血压计的血压检出情况进行比较,在两种血压计检出方面,P>0.05。结论:临床通过臂式电子血压计对血压状况进行检测同样能够发挥理想的检测效果,可以为高血压病的诊断工作提供依据。Objective:To compare the difference in measurement results between an arm-type electronic sphygmomanometer and a mercury sphygmomanometer.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,98 hypertensive patients who were treated in the outpatient department of our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 98 healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.During the measurement,the arm-type electronic sphygmomanometer and the mercury-type sphygmomanometer were selected for the blood pressure measurement of all the research subjects,and the blood pressure measurement values of the two different measurement methods were compared to analyze the difference of the measurement results.Results:The blood pressure status of the two groups of subjects was checked by a mercury sphygmomanometer.The diastolic and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05;The blood pressure was checked,and the diastolic and systolic blood pressures in the observation group were also significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05;The blood pressure detection of the two groups of subjects through the arm-type electronic sphygmomanometer and mercury sphygmomanometer was compared,In the detection of two sphygmomanometers,P>0.05.Conclusion:The clinical detection of blood pressure by the arm-type electronic sphygmomanometer can also play an ideal detection effect,which can provide a basis for the diagnosis of hypertension and is worth promoting.
