摘  要:目的:分析在糖尿病合并周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)患者治疗过程中直线偏光红外线治疗仪的临床疗效。方法:本研究选取在2019年4月~2020年4月本院收治的88例DPN患者作为对象,根据抽签法实现患者的分组,共分为1组(44例患者,治疗方法为常规治疗+直线偏光红外线治疗仪)与2组(44例患者,治疗方法为常规治疗)。结果:1组与2组患者治疗有效率差异显著,P<0.05。两组治疗后症状积分、生活质量评分差异显著,P<0.05。1组患者腓总神经、正中神经运动与感觉传导速度比2组更理想,P<0.05。结论:对于接受DPN治疗的患者来说,直线偏光红外线治疗仪在常规治疗基础上的运用改善了腓总神经、正中神经运动与感觉传导速度,有助于症状的好转,获得了理想的治疗后生活质量,治疗效果显著。Objective:The clinical efficacy of linear polarized light infrared therapy in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)was analyzed.Methods:In this study,88 patients with DPN admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as subjects,and the patients were divided into group 1(44 patients treated with conventional therapy+linear polarized infrared therapy apparatus)and group 2(44 patients treated with conventional therapy)according to the lottery method.Results:The effective rate of treatment was significantly different between group 1 and group 2(P<0.05).There were significant differences in symptom scores and quality of life scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The motor and sensory conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve and median nerve were better in group 1 than in group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients receiving DPN treatment,the application of linear polarized infrared therapy instrument on the basis of conventional treatment improves the motor and sensory conduction velocity of the common peroneal nerve and median nerve,contributes to the improvement of symptoms,and achieves the ideal quality of life after treatment,with significant therapeutic effect.
