摘 要:上下煤层分层同采时,开采所引起的本煤层以及煤层之间的复杂应力场和位移场将导致巷道失稳、工作面顶板冒矸、支架折损、采场影响相互叠加等问题。因此,本文设计了上下煤层回采巷道布置方式,并在山西中阳华润联盛苏村煤矿进行了实验。同时,本文还研究了上下煤层同采巷道围岩变形机理,建立模型后模拟得到了两煤层采场相互扰动影响最小的安全错距为45 m。结合苏村煤矿地质条件和开采技术,确定了上下煤层回采巷道布置方式为对齐布置。在此基础上,构建了上下煤层同采巷道数值模型。根据上下区段之间煤柱和巷道支护、开采工艺和顺序,探讨了上下煤层开采扰动覆岩运动规律。分析苏村煤矿实验结果,得到了6#煤层和10#煤层同采时的巷道布置以及同采合理错距布面。该方法解决了两层煤同采时影响相互叠加的问题,保障了煤矿的生产安全,提高了煤矿的经济效益。When the upper and lower coal seams are stratified and mined at the same time,the complex stress field and displacement field between the coal seam and the coal seam caused by mining will lead to problems such as roadway instability,gangue on the working face roof,support damage,and superposition of stope influences.Therefore,this paper designs the layout of the upper and lower coal seams,and conducts experiments in the Shanxi Zhongyang China Resources Liansheng Sucun Coal Mine.At the same time,this paper also studied the deformation mechanism of the surrounding rock in the same mining roadway in the upper and lower coal seams.After the model was established,the simulation obtained the safety error distance with the least influence of the mutual disturbance of the two coal seams to be 45m.Combined with the geological conditions and mining technology of the Sucun Coal Mine,the arrangement of the upper and lower coal seams'mining roadways is determined to be aligned.On this basis,a numerical model of the same mining roadway in the upper and lower coal seams was constructed.According to the supporting,mining technology and sequence of coal pillars and roadways between the upper and lower sections,the law of the movement of the overburden rock disturbed by the mining of the upper and lower coal seams is discussed.With the study of roadway support,mining technology and sequence,combined with the actual site of the Sucun Coal Mine,the roadway layout of the 6th#coal seam and the 10th#coal seam at the same mining.This method solves the problem of superimposing the influence of two layers of coal when mining at the same time,guarantees the production safety of the coal mine,and improves the economic benefit of the coal mine.
