摘  要:随着煤矿的不断发展,定向钻机用水问题逐渐成为限制煤矿发展的一个因素。当煤矿用履带式全液压定向钻机打钻用水超过矿井地面污水站处理能力时,加上生产用排水量的大大增加,水质夹带大量煤泥,造成大巷水沟,井底水仓经常淤堵,增加了清理的频次和时间,从而限制了煤矿的发展。为了解决定向钻机打钻用水排水的问题,采用矿用全自动反冲洗清水过滤站的方法,配套水箱、排水泵、操控系统等,打钻污水循环再利用,实现节能降耗减排,具有可观的经济价值,并在煤矿井下了工业性试验。试验表明,该套工艺实现了水平定向钻进循环用水,降低了定向钻进成本,从而验证了定向钻机循环用水的使用价值和推广价值。With the continuous development of coal mine,directional drilling water has gradually become a factor restricting the development of coal mines.When the crawler-type full-hydraulic directional drilling rig used in coal mines exceeds the treatment capacity of the mine surface sewage station,coupled with the greatly increased production drainage,the water quality entrains a large amount of coal slurry,causing the main road ditches and the bottom sump to be often blocked,Increasing the frequency and time of cleaning up,thereby limiting the development of coal mines.In order to solve the problem of water drainage for directional drilling rig,the method of automatic backwashing water filtration station for mining,supporting water tank,drainage pump,control system,is adopted to recycle and reuse drilling sewage to realize energy saving and emission reduction,which has considerable economic value.Industrial tests have been carried out in underground coal mine.The test results show that the set of technology realizes horizontal directional drilling wastewater recycling,and the cost of directional drilling is reduced,so as to verify the use value and promotion value of directional drilling recycling water.
