摘　　要：革屑水解程度的控制是利用革屑制备胶原蛋白涂饰剂的关键步骤之一。介绍了用红外光谱法确定革屑碱法水解工艺条件的方法。探讨了改变 p H值、水解时间、碱的种类等试验条件后 ,水解液红外光谱的特征。Leather shavings and trimmings can be used as raw materials to synthesize proteinic finish. They are hydrolyzed and catalyzed with alkalies, and the effects on the hydrolyzed extent of pH,reaction length and the sorts of alkalies and residues are tested with IR.
