摘 要:当前,医学水平不断进步,支气管镜技术快速发展,在肺癌临床诊断中发挥重要作用。支气管镜诊断快捷、方便,临床应用广泛。电子技术为支气管镜技术发展基础与前提,窄谱成像与自荧光成像技术被并入支气管镜系统中,在诊断早期中央型肺癌中意义重大。细胞内镜、光学相干断层扫描、共聚焦激光显微内镜等为新兴光学显微成像技术,希望能够从组织学及细胞学层次上对肺部病变观察,实现病灶早期诊断,提高诊断准确率与特异度。At present,the medical level is constantly improving,and the bronchoscopy technology is developing rapidly,which plays an important role in the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer.Bronchoscope is quick,convenient and widely used in clinic.Electronic technology is the basis and premise of the development of bronchoscope technology.Narrow-spectrum imaging and self-fluorescence imaging technology have been incorporated into bronchoscope system,which is of great significance in the diagnosis of early central lung cancer.Cytoscope,optical coherence tomography and confocal laser microendoscopy are new optical microimaging technologies,which hope to observe the pulmonary lesions from the histological and cytological levels,realize the early diagnosis of lesions,and improve the diagnostic accuracy and specificity.
