摘　　要：目的:探究纤维支气管镜在支气管扩张大咯血治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年11月~2020年1月本院收治的90例支气管扩张大咯血患者,随机分为观察组46例、对照组44例,分别予以纤维支气管镜干预治疗、常规治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,组间存在显著差异(P<0.05);观察组止血时间、出血量少于对照组,组间存在显著差异(P<0.05);观察组PaO_(2)、SpO_(2)、PaCO_(2)等血气指标水平高于对照组,组间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:纤维支气管镜在支气管扩张大咯血患者治疗中应用价值较高,能够快速止血,缓解患者痛苦,稳定血气指标,提升患者生存质量。Objective:To explore the application value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of bronchiectasis and hemoptysis.Methods:A total of 90 patients with bronchiectasis and massive hemoptysis admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group of 46 cases and a control group of 44 cases.They were treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy intervention and conventional treatment,respectively.Observe the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);The hemostasis time and bleeding volume of the observation group were less than those of the control group,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);The blood gas index levels of PaO_(2),SpO_(2),PaCO_(2)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fiberoptic bronchoscopy is of high value in the treatment of bronchiectasis and hemoptysis.It can stop bleeding quickly,relieve the sufferings of patients,stabilize the blood gas index,and improve the quality of life of patients.
