Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of laparoscopic surgery in pregnant women. Methods:The 50 pregnant patients admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2020 were divided into groups by digital parity;laparoscopic surgery group(25 cases):disease treatment was completed by laparoscopic surgery;open surgery group(25 cases):use open surgery to complete disease treatment;compare the safety of surgical treatment between groups and the number of days to recover bowel function. Results:The complication rate of pregnant patients in the laparoscopic surgery group(4.00%)was significantly lower than that in the laparotomy group(32.00%)(P<0.05);the blood loss during the operation was significantly less than that in the laparotomy group, and the number of hospitalization days and the recovery of bowel function The days were shorter than those in the open surgery group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective implementation of laparoscopic surgery can significantly improve the safety of surgical treatment in pregnant patients, and significantly reduce the blood loss during the operation, ensuring that the number of days in hospital and the number of days of intestinal function recovery are significantly shortened.
