窄谱强脉冲光治疗面部痤疮后红斑临床效果及自我皮损程度分析

摘　　要：目的:分析窄谱强脉冲光治疗面部痤疮后红斑临床效果及自我皮损程度情况。方法:选择2019年2月~2020年2月本院收治的面部痤疮后红斑患者88例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组44例给予常规光子嫩肤治疗,观察组44例采用窄谱强脉冲光治疗,对两组效果及自我皮损程度进行比较。结果:观察组总有效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自我皮损与红斑程度评分分别为(3.14±0.82)分、(4.17±1.35)分,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对面部痤疮后红斑患者给予窄谱强脉冲光治疗,能改善患者皮肤屏障功能,还能有效促使皮损与红斑消失。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light in the treatment of erythema induced by facial acne and its effects on the degree of self-damage.Methods:A total of 88 patients with post-acne erythema admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to a random number table.The control group 44 received conventional photorejuvenation treatment,and the study group 44 received narrow Spectral intensity pulsed light therapy compares the effects of the two groups and the degree of self-lesion.Results:he total effectiveness of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the self-lesion and erythema degree scores of the study group were(3.14±0.82)points and(4.17±1.35)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light therapy for patients with post-acne erythema can improve the skin barrier function of the patients,and can effectively promote the disappearance of skin lesions and erythema.
