全自动酶免仪在乙肝两对半定量检测中应用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究全自动酶免仪在乙肝两对半定量临床检测中的应用效果。方法:随机选取2019年6月~2020年3月天津市和平区妇女儿童保健和计划生育服务中心检验科进行乙肝两对半检测的人员104例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各52例,对照组给予手动检测,观察组给予全自动酶免仪检测乙肝两对半,比较两组的检测结果。结果:观察组与对照组的阳性率分别为7.69%、5.77%,观察组的阳性率略高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组中一项标志物阳性1例、两项标志物2例和三项标志物1例,对照组中一项标志物阳性1例、两项标志物1例和三项标志物1例,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用全自动酶免仪检测乙肝两对半,具有较高的准确率,操作简便易行。Objective:To study the application effect of automatic enzyme immunoassay in two pairs of semi quantitative clinical detection of hepatitis B.Methods:Randomly select 104 cases of hepatitis B two-and-a-half tests performed by the Laboratory Department of Women and Children’s Health Care and Family Planning Service Center of Tianjin Heping District from June 2019 to March 2020,and then divided into control group and observation group,52 cases in each group.The control group was given manual detection,and the observation group was given automatic enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:The positive rates of the observation group and the control group were 7.69%and 5.77%,the positive rate of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were 1 case of one marker positive,2 cases of two markers and 1 case of three markers in the observation group,1 case of one marker positive,1 case of two markers and 1 case of three markers in the control group.the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The automatic enzyme immunoassay has high accuracy.
