摘　　要：目的:深入分析全自动电化学发光免疫法检测甲状腺功能5项指标的临床应用效果。方法:择取2019年7月~2020年7月到本院检测甲状腺功能的50例患者作为观察组,与此同时,择取50例在本院进行健康体检的人员作为对照组。将全自动电化学发光免疫法应用于甲状腺功能5项指标的检测过程中,针对TSH、FT3、T3、T4、FT4的临床检验结果进行对比。结果:通过全自动电化学发光免疫法检测甲状腺功能5项指标具有较高的准确性,应用试剂均为线性范围,能够满足临床检验需求,研究对象的各项指标也存在参考范围值内。结论:甲状腺功能5项指标采用全自动电化学发光免疫法进行检测,能够将患者的病情发展情况呈现出来,为主治医师提供准确的判断依据,帮助患者尽早接受治疗。Objective:To deeply analyze the clinical application effect of the automatic electrochemical luminescence immunoassay in the detection of 5 indicators of thyroid function.Methods:50 patients with thyroid function in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the study group.Meanwhile,50 patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.The automatic electrochemical luminescence immunoassay was applied to the detection of 5 indicators of thyroid function,and the clinical test results of TSH,FT3,T3,T4 and FT4 were compared.Results:The detection of 5 indicators of thyroid function by automatic electrochemical luminescence immunoassay has a high accuracy.The applied reagents are all within the linear range,which can meet the requirements of clinical examination.The indicators of the research object also have a reference range.Conclusion:The automatic electrochemiluminescence immunoassay for the detection of 5 indicators of thyroid function can show the patient's disease development,provide accurate judgment basis for the attending physician,and help patients receive treatment as soon as possible.
