摘 要:为研究酸化吹气法消除高氯地表水测定中氯离子干扰的可行性,在6家实验室使用酸化吹气-重铬酸钾法对标准样品和实际水样进行测定。结果表明:6家实验室测定实验室内相对误差的范围分别为-1.0%~11.0%、-3.0%~3.5%、-5.3%~4.0%,准确度较高;对3个不同浓度实际水样(Cl-≤1000mg/L)加入2万mg/L的氯离子进行精密度测定,实验室内相对标准偏差范围分别为7.9%~27.8%、3.0%~12.9%、2.0%~5.6%,精密度较高。加氯前后样品测定结果的相对偏差≤15%(分别为3.4%~11.5%、1.5%~7.5%、1.1%~6.0%),表明酸化吹气法能够较好消除高氯地表水中氯离子对化学需氧量测定的影响。The standard sample and the actual water sample were tested in six laboratories by the method.The results showed that the relative errors of these laboratories were-1.0%-11.0%,-3.0%-3.5%,-5.3%-4.0%,which showed high accuracy.Adding 20,000 mg/L chloride ion into three samples with different concentrations(Cl-≤1000mg/L),and carring out precision detection,the relative standard deviations for the laboratories were as follows,7.9%-27.8%,2.7%-12.9%,2.0%-5.8%,which showed a high precision as well.The relative deviation of the samples before and after adding chloride ion was less than 15%(3.4%-11.5%,1.5%-7.0%,1.1%-6.0%),the results showed that Blow-Acidizing method could eliminate the effect of chloride ion on the determination of chemical oxygen demand in high chloride surface water.
