摘  要:考虑到柴油机润滑油选型时,一般主要根据质量等级、黏度等级,以及理化指标等表观参数,而油品在使用过程中会受到污染,污染物会对柴油机润滑油的抗磨损性能造成影响,针对柴油机润滑油在污染状态下的抗磨损性能问题,配制含单一污染物的油样进行摩擦磨损试验,采用正交试验方法,选取燃油、烟炱、水分为主要因素,分析影响柴油机润滑油抗磨损性能的主要因素和次要因素,比较3种常用柴油机润滑油的抗磨损性能,选择出在污染状态下抗磨损性能更优的柴油机润滑油。Generally,when selecting diesel engine oil,it is mainly based on quality grade,viscosity grade and the apparent parameters such as physical and chemical indicators,but the oil will be contaminated in the process of use,and the anti-wear performance will be affected by contaminant.In order to study the anti-wear performance of diesel engine oil under pollution state,the oil sample containing single contaminant was prepared for friction-wear test.By means of the orthogonal testing method,choosing fuel,soot and moisture as the main factors,the primary and secondary factors affecting the anti-wear performance of diesel engine oil were analyzed,to obtain the optimal combination of the most severe wear.The scheme was applied to compare the anti-wear performance of three commonly diesel engine oils,and the oil with better anti-wear performance under polluted state was selected.
