摘 要:GT 1井构造位于准噶尔盆地南缘冲断带四棵树凹陷,四棵树凹陷处于北天山构造带与西准噶尔构造带交会处,挤压性、走滑性断裂发育,活动频繁,具有多期活动、断达层位高的特点,导致钻井施工难度大,阻卡、井漏等工程复杂频发,处理耗时较长。为保障钻井施工安全,分别介绍了综合运用工程录井策划、地层压力钻前预测及随钻监测、工程地质预警、工程参数异常监测及预报、掉块实时跟踪及阻卡目视化分析等工程地质一体化技术,通过充分发挥工程录井作用,保障和助力GT 1井的优质高效钻探施工,同时形成一套适应该区超深超高压复杂深井的工程辅助一体化技术。The well structure of GT 1 is located in the Sikeshu Sag of the thrust belt on the southern margin of Junggar Basin,which is located at the intersection of the North Tianshan structural belt and the western Junggar structural belt.With compressive and strike-slip faults developed,and frequent activities,characteristics of multi-stage activities and faulted horizons lead to difficult drilling,complicated and frequent projects such as sticking and leakage,and long processing time.For the safety of drilling construction,engineering-geology integrated techniques comprehensively applied of engineering logging planning,formation pressure pre-drilling and monitoring while drilling,engineering geological early warning,engineering parameter abnormal monitoring and forecasting,real-time tracking of block dropping,and visual analysis of blocking resistance are introduced respectively.With the full play of engineering logging,the high-quality and efficient drilling of well GT 1 is guaranteed and assisted,and a set of process-assistance integrated techniques suitable for ultra-deep,ultra-high pressure and complex deep wells in this area is formed at the same time.
