摘 要:伴随航空发动机性能的提升,压气机叶片结构形式开始变得更加复杂,人们对压气机几何精准度、综合质量也提出了更高的要求。常规的加工工艺难以保障压气机的质量。为了能够提升压气机叶片型面的进排气转接圆角数控铣加工质量,减少叶片型面精加工变形现象的发生,文章在阐述压气机叶片型面基本结构特点的基础上,就如何实现压气机叶片型面和进出气体精密加工进行探究。With the improvement of aero-engine performance,the structure of compressor blades has become more complex,and people have put forward higher requirements on the geometric accuracy and overall quality of the compressor.Conventional processing technology is difficult to guarantee the quality of the compressor.In order to improve the CNC milling quality of the inlet and exhaust transition fillet of the compressor blade profile,and reduce the occurrence of the deformation of the blade profile,the article describes the basic structure characteristics of the compressor blade profile,and how to achieve the compressor blade profile and precision machining of the inlet and outlet gas.
