摘　　要：目的:研究基于AI技术的患者随访管理新模式,提升人工智能在科室专病随访过程中的应用。方法:针对单病种或者一类疾病,采用更为复杂灵活的自定义患者筛选条件,对患者按照不同分组,采取基于微信随访、AI语音随访等多种随访方式,对不同时期的患者关键从医行为进行跟踪提醒。结论:利用互联网+AI的技术优势,结合智能化、自动化的特点,扩展随访工作内容的同时降低医护的随访工作量。Objective:To study a new mode of patient follow-up management based on AI technology,and improve the application of artificial intelligence in the process of department-specific disease follow-up.Method:For a single disease or a classification of disease,a complex,flexible and customized patient screening condition is used for patients grouping,and several follow-up methods such as WeChat follow-up and AI voiced follow-up are applied on the follow-up reminders for key medical behaviors of patients at different stages.Conclusion:Using the technical advantages of Internet+AI,combined with the characteristics of intelligence and automation,it can expand the content of follow-up work while reducing the workload of medical staff.
