摘　　要：纳卡问题是亚美尼亚和阿塞拜疆冲突的焦点,其形成的原因比较复杂,但究其根本原因则是民族主义和领土纠纷作祟的结果。纳卡问题对国际关系影响巨大,至今未得到妥善解决,并为亚美尼亚和阿塞拜疆两国人民潜在的冲突搭好了舞台。2020年的纳卡战争将两国的冲突推向了高潮,这不仅给两国人民带来沉重的灾难,也给地区和国际安全带来严重威胁。The Nagorno-Karabakh issue is the focal point of the Armenian and Azerbaijani conflicts,which was caused fundamentally by nationalism and territorial disputes. The Nagorno-Karabakh issue has a huge impact on international relations, but it has not been properly resolved, and sets the stage for potential conflict between the Armenian and Azerbaijani peoples. The Nagorno-Karabakh war in 2020 pushed the conflicts between the two countries to a climax, which not only brought heavy disasters to the people of the two countries, but also posed a serious threat to regional and international security.
