摘　　要：在2012年以来掀起的"社区公园+"改革热中,在不改变土地权属、不改变土地性质、不征用土地的指导下,珠海、重庆等地发展社区公园+体育的组合方式,为城市土地集约化利用、城市更新提供了有力的实践论证。在当下城市新基建发展背景下,文章围绕社区公园使用者,采用比较方法,探究了当下国内外对社区公园使用者研究视角的差异,总结了差异视角发展下社区公园对使用者研究的特征,并提出了未来需要面向的几个研究主题。In the "Community Park+" reform since 2012, under the guidance of not changing the ownership of land, not changing the nature of land, not expropriating land, Zhuhai, Chongqing and other places develop the combination of community park and sports, which provides a strong practical demonstration for the intensive use of urban land and urban renewal. Under the background of the development of new urban infrastructure, this paper focuses on the users of community parks, and uses the comparative method to explore the differences of research perspectives on the users of community parks at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the research characteristics of community park users from the perspective of different development, and puts forward several research topics that need to be oriented in the future.
