基于PSPL调研的老城区微型公共空间质量评价研究——以合肥市为例

摘　　要：文章以合肥市老城区微型公共空间为研究对象,通过PSPL调研法对五种类型的微型公共空间进行评价和分析。研究发现:合肥市老城区内,社区类、公共游览类微型公共空间普遍有较好的基础设施建设,其余类型相对较差;公共游览类微空间和交通类微空间的穿行活动占比最高,停留活动占比与微空间品质、微空间面积有直接联系,质量越好、设施建设越多,居民对其使用越频繁、满意度越高,空间活力程度越高。基于以上研究结果,文章最后提出清理被占用微型公共空间、加强空间开放与可识别性、注重空间设施人性化设计等措施,期望自下而上地改善城市老城区微型公共空间的质量。Through typology and Public Space&Public Life Survey,the paper evaluates and analyzes five types of micro public spaces in the Old Town of Hefei City.The results are shown as follows:the micro-public space of community and public tour generally has good infrastructure construction,while the micropublic space of public tour,business and traffic is relatively poor.Public tour micro space and traffic micro space have highest proportion of walking activities.The proportion of stay activity is directly related to micro space quality and micro space area.The better the quality and the more the facilities are constructed,the more frequent the residents use them,the higher the satisfaction and the higher the spatial vitality.Finally,the paper proposes some measures to improve the micro public space from bottom to top in the Old Town,by cleaning up the occupied micro public space,strengthening the open and identifiable space,paying attention to the humanized design of space facilities and other measures.
