开发型文旅特色小镇的策划与设计研究

摘　　要：特色小镇在推动我国经济转型升级和新型城镇化建设中具有重要的作用。随着人们人文意识的增强,我国文旅市场发展潜力巨大。文旅小镇作为特色小镇中占比最大的类型,在未来依旧有极大发展空间。文章从策划与规划两个方面对开发型文旅小镇设计运营进行探讨,为文旅小镇的建设提供较为系统的前期策划方法与规划设计策略。Characteristic towns play an important role in promoting my country's economic transformation and upgrading and the construction of new urbanization.With the enhancement of people's humanistic awareness,the development potential of Chinese cultural tourism market is huge.As the largest type of characteristic towns,cultural tourism towns have a strong momentum of development.This article discusses the design and operation of development-oriented cultural tourism towns from two aspects of planning and design,and provides a more systematic pre-planning method and planning design strategy for the construction of cultural tourism towns.
