摘　　要：通过对广东茂名地区野生桃金娘种质的收集、繁育、保存,在广东省茂名市林业科学研究所公园苗圃建成小型种质资源圃,面积0.067hm^(2),收集种质资源53份。筛选出适于园林观赏用良株4个:‘公园9号’、‘公园6号’、‘湖光1号’和‘廉江1号’,适于果用良株5个:‘廉江5号’、‘麻章1号’、‘廉江1号’、‘广垦1号’和‘湖光1号’。对野生桃金娘种质资源圃建立的步骤、方法进行了初步探讨,总结其存在的不足,并对其发展进行了展望。Through the collection,breeding and preservation of wild R.tomentosa germplasm in Maoming,Guangdong,a small-scale germplasm nursery was built in the park nursery of Maoming Forestry Institute in Guangdong Province,covering an area of 0.067hm^(2) and collecting 53 germplasm resources.Four good plants were selected for garden ornamental use:‘Park No.9’,‘Park No.6’,‘Huguang No.1’and‘Lianjiang No.1’,and five good plants for fruit use:‘Lianjiang No.5’,‘Mazhang No.1’,‘Lianjiang No.1’,‘Guangken No.1’and‘Huguang No.1’.The steps and methods of establishing wild germplasm resources nursery of R.tomentosa were discussed preliminarily,its shortcomings were summarized,and its development was prospected in this paper.
