摘  要:针对用FTW200K超高比容钽粉研制的钽电解电容器在被覆Mn(NO 3)2溶液形成阴极层的过程,研究和讨论在不同质量浓度Mn(NO 3)2溶液、分解时间、分解方式、被覆遍数的条件下,制备的钽电解电容器MnO 2阴极层形成的质量与电容器电性参数之间的关系.结果表明,被覆Mn(NO 3)2溶液是形成MnO 2阴极层的主要途径;当Mn(NO 3)2溶液分解条件为一步法,即(195±5)℃、(30±0.5)min,二步法,即(195±5)℃、(20±0.5)min,(220±5)℃、(15±0.5)min,在被覆3遍的条件下,MnO 2阴极层的质量较好,能够使钽电容器的容量稳定引出,损耗、等效串联电阻和漏电流最小.Aiming at the process to form a cathode layer by coating a Mn(NO 3)2 solution for a tantalum electrolytic capacitor developed with FTW200K ultra-high specific volume tantalum powder,the article studied and discussed the mutual relationship between the mass formed by the cathode layer of the prepared tantalum electrolytic capacitor MnO 2 and the electrical parameters for the capacitor under different mass concentrations of Mn(NO 3)2(1.85 g/mL)solution,decomposition time,decomposition mode,and time of coating passes.The results show that:coated Mn(NO 3)2 solution is the main way to form MnO 2 cathode layer;The decomposition conditions of Mn(NO 3)2 solution are one-step method,namely(195±5)°C,(30±0.5)min,and two-step method,namely(195±5)°C,(20±0.5)min,(220±5)°C,(15±0.5)min.Under the condition of 3-time covering,the quality of the MnO 2 cathode layer performs good,the content of the tantalum capacitor can be stably extracted out,and the loss and equivalent series resistance(ESR)and leakage current show minimum.
