摘 要:针对实际氢液化工厂存在能耗高和产量小的问题,一种氢正仲转化催化与换热一体化技术出现在许多新型概念性的氢液化循环中。文中采用CFD数值模拟方法,研究了该技术中所采用的催化剂填料板翅式换热器微小翅片通道的流动换热性能。结果表明:降低工质的入口雷诺数,增大催化剂颗粒粒径,增大填料孔隙率分别对填料流道的综合性能提升可达110%,17.9%和111%。通过调整入口雷诺数、填料粒径及孔隙率,填料流道的综合性能略低于空流道6.25%。由此验证催化换热一体化技术的可行性,为后续研究工作打下基础。In view of the problems of high energy consumption and low output in actual hydrogen liquefaction plants,an integrated technology of heat transfer and ortho-para hydrogen conversion appeared in many new conceptual hydrogen liquefaction cycles.CFD numerical simulation method was used to study the flow heat transfer performance of the tiny fin channel of the catalyst filler plate-fin heat exchanger used in this technology.The results show that reducing the inlet Reynolds number of working medium,increasing the particle size of catalyst and increasing the porosity of packing can improve the overall performance of packed channel by 110%,17.9%and 111%,respectively.By adjusting the Reynolds number,particle size and porosity of the filler,the integrated performance of the packed channel is slightly lower than that of the empty channel by 6.25%.Therefore,the feasibility of the integrated technology of catalytic process and heat transfer process is verified,which lays a foundation for the follow-up research.
