摘 要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)生产废液为催化剂,研究了内蒙古王家塔煤焦加压水蒸气气化和甲烷化的反应活性。采用加压固定床小试评价装置,在700—800℃,3.5 MPa条件下,分别考察了催化剂负载量、反应温度对气化和甲烷化反应的影响。TDI废碱液具有良好的催化气化和甲烷化反应活性。750℃下,3%Na-TDI煤焦碳转化率比原煤焦高17.68%,并且活性优于纯碳酸钠;随着催化剂负载量和温度的增加,煤气化活性和甲烷化活性呈增加趋势。采用扫描电镜(SEM)对煤焦的表面形貌进行分析,结果显示TDI催化剂的加入使煤焦微孔数量增加,形成活化中心点,从而提高了碳的气化反应速率。Catalytic pressurized steam gasification and methanation reaction of Inner Mongolia Wangjiata coal char using toluene diisocyanate waste liquor(TDI)as catalyst was investigated.Experiments were performed in a pressurized fixed-bed laboratory gasifier.The effects of different factors including catalyst loading and reaction temperature on char gasification and methanation were evaluated at 700-800℃and 3.5 MPa.TDI is active during both gasification and methanation steps.At 750℃,the carbon conversion of 3%Na-TDI char is 17.68%higher than that of the uncatalyzed char,and the activity of TDI is better than that of Na 2 CO 3 catalyst.Both the gasification and methanation activity increase with the increasing of TDI loading and reaction temperature.Microscopic observation of the char samples was performed with a scanning electron microscopy system(SEM).The results show that the number of micropores is enhanced by the loading of TDI catalyst,indicating that the formation of catalytic active sites is responsible for the improved gasification rate.
