摘  要:依托郑济铁路(112+6×168+112)m大跨公铁两用钢桁梁桥项目,对大跨度公铁两用桥梁公路桥面系设计进行研究,首先通过综合比选进行公路桥面系的总体选型,然后详细探讨公路桥面系的总体布置,纵向整体计算等。研究结果表明:采用预应力混凝土桥面系,可以增加桥梁的整体刚度,改善结构变形,工程经济性更好;在公路桥面板总体布置中,应合理确定板件分类及布置,便于预制板的加工及安装;桥面板的纵向整体计算中,可通过板单元模型合理确定各片主桁之间力的分配,然后通过梁单元模型进行公路桥面板的验算,在长期效应组合下,公路混凝土桥面板上下缘应力均为压应力,最小压应力1.92 MPa,在短期效应组合下,边桁对应混凝土板下缘有0.17 MPa的拉应力,满足A类构件要求。通过合理选择预应力度,保证设计的合理性;通过在横向湿接缝中设置张拉锚槽,避免锚固齿块封锚混凝土脱落造成的铁路运营安全风险。Based on the(112+6×168+112)m large-span combined road/rail steel truss girder bridge of Zhengzhou-Ji’nan High-speed Railway,the design of the road deck system of the large span road/rail bridge is studied.Firstly,the overall selection of highway bridge deck is carried out by means of comprehensive comparison,and then the overall layout and longitudinal calculation of highway bridge deck system are discussed in detail.The research results show that the prestressed concrete bridge deck scheme has better vertical rigidity and lower project cost;in the overall layout design of highway bridge slabs,the classification of precast bridge slabs should be reasonably determined to facilitate the prefabrication and installation of the slabs;in the longitudinal calculation of the bridge deck,the stress distribution between the main trusses can be reasonably determined by the plate element model,and then the checking calculation of the highway bridge deck can be carried out by the beam element model.Under the combined long-term effects,the stresses at the upper and lower edges of the highway concrete bridge slab are both compressive stresses with a minimum compressive stress of 1.92 MPa.Under the combined short-term effects,the lower edge of the concrete slab has a tensile stress of 0.17 MPa,which meets the requirements of Class A members.The economic rationality of the design can be ensured by reasonable selection of prestressing force.By setting the tension anchor grooves in the horizontal wet joints,the railway operation safety risk caused by the falling-off of the anchor sealing concrete is avoided.
