摘  要:大跨度桥梁施工过程较长、工艺复杂,易受材料、环境、施工误差等诸多因素影响,对施工过程进行监控可以确保结构安全,并使成桥时的线形、受力状态尽可能与设计状态吻合。澜沧江特大桥主跨为342 m上承式劲性骨架钢筋混凝土提篮拱桥,采用二次竖转法施工,对其进行施工监控,于跨度的各1/8位置处布设线形测点及应力测点,重点关注主拱成形过程拱肋线形及其受力状态。将线形监控、应力监控所得数据与三维模型计算结果进行对比分析。结果表明:钢管劲性骨架合龙时各定位控制点的高程与理论计算值基本吻合,二次竖转合龙精度较高;后续主拱成形过程各阶段测点挠度与理论计算值相差不大,主拱施工线形较好,且具有足够的刚度;主拱受力状态与理论计算规律基本符合,应力值在安全范围内。The construction process of long-span bridge is long and complex,and it is likely to be affected by many factors such as materials,environment and construction errors.Monitoring the construction process can ensure the structural safety,and make the line shape and stress state of the bridge as close as possible to the design.The main span of the Lancang River Bridge is a 342 m long stiff skeleton reinforced concrete deck basket arch bridge,which is constructed by using twice vertical rotation method.Shape measuring points and stress measuring points are set at each 1/8 position of the span for bridge construction monitoring.The construction monitoring focuses on the arch rib line shape and its stress state during the forming process of the main arch.The data obtained from line shape monitoring and stress monitoring are compared with the calculation results of the 3 D simulation.The results show that the elevations of the control points are basically consistent with the theoretical calculation values when the steel pipe stiff skeleton is closed,which means that the twice vertical rotation closure has good accuracy;the deflections of the measuring points are close to the theoretical calculation values in each stage of the subsequent forming process of the main arch;the main arch has good construction line shape and sufficient stiffness;the stress state of the main arch accords with the law of the theoretical calculation and the stress is within the safe range.
