摘　　要：感冒和流行性感冒,综合发病季节及病邪性质,可参考中医的 "太阳病""风温"等论治。基于四川地区感冒、流行性感冒的病因、病机的特点,介绍 "上感颗粒" 的组方思路,以及其在清热解表、清宣透邪同时早期使用清解气分药物以拦截病势的"截断疗法"的理论创新点,为积极开展中医药救治感冒、流行性感冒及其他新突发呼吸道传染病提供借鉴或参考。For colds and influenza,the comprehensive season of onset and the nature of the pathogens,please refer to the treatment of “sun disease” and “wind temperature” in Chinese medicine.Based on the characteristics of the etiology and pathogenesis of colds,influenza and other exogenous diseases in Sichuan,this article introduces the formula of Shanggan granules and the early use of clearing and relieving Qi medicines to prevent the disease The theoretical innovation point of “Truncation Therapy”.Provide reference or reference for actively carrying out Chinese medicine to treat colds,influenza and other new sudden respiratory infectious diseases.
