摘　　要：李传高主任认为面瘫的病机多因患者素体亏虚,卫阳不固,络脉空虚,风寒之邪损伤面部阳明经脉,以致经络失和,气血阻滞,肌肉弛缓不收而致。治疗面瘫病时,李主任的"十针"思维,是以辨经论治为基本原则,结合子午流注按时开穴,配合循经取穴以及行气催气的针刺手法,临床治疗面瘫病效果显著。LI Chuangao believes that the pathogenesis of facial paralysis is mostly caused by the deficiency of the patient’s body,the insufficiency of the guardian yang,the empty collaterals,and the evil of wind and cold damage the Yangming meridians of the face,resulting in the disharmony of the meridians,the blockage of Qi and blood,and the lack of muscle relaxation.In the treatment of facial paralysis,Director Li’s “Ten acupuncture” thought is based on the basic principle of differentiation of the meridian,combined with Ziwu Liuzhu to open acupoints on time,combined with the acupuncture technique of taking acupoints along the meridian and promoting Qi to invigorate Qi to clinically treat facial paralysis The disease effect is remarkable.
