参芪清毒汤对维持性血液透析患者残余肾功能和营养状况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪清毒汤对维持性血液透析患者残余肾功能和营养状况的影响。方法:选取收治的136例行MHD治疗的终末期肾脏病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各68例。对照组患者采取常规MHD治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用参芪清毒汤。比较两组治疗前后尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)水平、24h尿量、残余肾功能(RRF)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(Alb)、转铁蛋白(TRF)水平及中医证候积分、SGA评分。结果:观察组治疗后RRF、24h尿量明显高于对照组,BUN、Cr水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后Hb、Alb、TRF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后中医证候积分、SGA评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪清毒汤治疗MHD患者,可保护患者残余肾功能,降低中医证候积分,改善其营养状况。Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenqi Qingdu Decoction on the residual renal function and nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 136 patients with end-stage renal disease treated with MHD were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 68 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional MHD,and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Qingdu Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Compare the levels of urea nitrogen (BUN),creatinine (Cr),24h urine output,residual renal function (RRF),hemoglobin (Hb),albumin (Alb),transferrin (TRF) and TCM syndromes before and after treatment between the two groups Points,SGA score.Results:After treatment,the RRF and 24h urine volume of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the levels of BUN and Cr were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The levels of Hb,Alb and TRF in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and SGA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Qingdu Decoction in the treatment of MHD patients can protect patients’ residual renal function,reduce TCM syndrome scores,and improve their nutritional status.
