复方芩兰口服液治疗急性上呼吸道感染的疗效及作用机制研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方芩兰口服液治疗急性上呼吸道感染的疗效及作用机制。方法:选取符合标准的70例急性上呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序编号后,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组患者予以双黄连口服液治疗,观察组患者予以复方芩兰口服液治疗。3d为一个疗程。比较2组综合疗效、主要症状评分、解热起效时间和完全退热时间,评价其安全性。结果:观察组综合疗效总有效率为88.57%,明显高于对照组的65.71%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1d、2d、3d主要症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组完全退热时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:对急性上呼吸道感染患者采用复方芩兰口服液治疗疗效与安全性均良好,能够明显改善患者临床症状,缩短退热时间。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of compound Qinlan oral liquid in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infections.Methods:Select 70 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection that meet the criteria as the research objects.After being numbered according to the order of admission,they were divided into observation group and control group according to a random number table,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Shuanghuanglian oral liquid,and patients in the observation group were treated with compound Qinlan oral liquid.3d is a course of treatment.Compare the comprehensive efficacy,main symptom score,antipyretic onset time and complete antipyretic time of the two groups to evaluate its safety.Results:The total effective rate of the comprehensive curative effect in the observation group was 88.57%,which was significantly higher than 65.71% in the control group (P<0.05);the main symptoms scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1d,2d,and 3d after treatment (P<0.05);The time to complete fever reduction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection,the compound Qinlan oral liquid has good efficacy and safety.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and shorten the time of fever.
