金水宝片治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨金水宝片在早期糖尿病肾病治疗中的价值。方法:纳入医院于2019年12月至2020年12月收治的早期糖尿病肾病患56例,随机选出28例单纯基础降糖加西药治疗(对照组),另外28例予基础降糖加西药联合金水宝片治疗(治疗组),两组患者均进行3个疗程总计12周的治疗,评估两组治疗前后肾功能指标、血糖控制情况。结果:治疗组患者在FBG、Scr、尿ACR等数据相较对照组均有更明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:在早期DKD的治疗中加用金水宝片,可以有效改善肾功能,无明显不良反应,对糖尿病肾病的临床治疗具有重要意义。Objective To explore the value of Jinshuibao tablets in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.method Methods:56 patients with early diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were included.According to the final number of hospitalization number,28 patients were randomly selected as the control group,and the other 28 patients were treated with basic hypoglycemic plus Western medicine combined with Jinshuibao tablets (treatment group).The two groups were treated for 3 courses for a total of 12 weeks The situation of the system.Results the data of FBG,SCR and urinary ACR in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,Jinshuibao tablets can effectively improve the renal function and clinical indicators,and the drug side effects are small,which is of great significance to improve the curative effect.
