摘　　要：目的:探讨分段切断内括约肌加纵切横缝术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效,同时观察其该术式对患者术后排便情况、肛门功能的影响。方法:将符合标准的140例环状混合痔患者随机分为2组,治疗组70例采用分段切断内括约肌加纵切横缝术治疗,对照组70例采用外剥内扎术治疗,比较2组患者术后7d、1月、3月大便顺畅程度,术后3个月肛管静息压、肛管最大收缩压、肛管功能长度及治愈率的临床疗效差异。结果:2组相比,治疗组排便更为顺畅,肛管静息压降低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:分段切断内括约肌加纵切横缝术治疗环状混合痔临床疗效好,并能有效预防术后排便困难,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of segmental cutting of the internal sphincter plus longitudinal and transverse suture in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids,and to observe the effect of this operation on the postoperative defecation and anal function of patients.Methods:140 patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids who met the criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups.In the treatment group,70 cases were treated with segmental cutting of the internal sphincter plus longitudinal suture,and 70 cases in the control group were treated with external stripping and internal ligation.The two groups of patients had differences in the degree of smooth stool at 7 days,1 month,and 3 months after operation,and differences in clinical efficacy between the resting pressure of the anal canal,the maximum systolic pressure of the anal canal,the length of the anal canal,and the cure rate 3 months after the operation.Results:Compared with the two groups,the treatment group had smoother defecation and lowered the resting pressure of the anal canal.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The maximum systolic pressure of the anal canal,the functional length of the anal canal,and the healing of the two groups The rate difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Segmental cutting of the internal sphincter plus longitudinal section and transverse suture has a good clinical effect in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids,and can effectively prevent postoperative defecation difficulties.It is worthy of promotion.
