摘　　要：电针作为一项防治围术期各类并发症的技术手段,近年来得到越发广泛的使用。作者通过广泛阅读电针在围术期应用的时间参数的相关研究文献,并进行梳理和整理。结果发现,众多学者在肯定其疗效的同时,也有许多临床实际应用的问题不断浮现。电针除了波形、频率、强度等,其介入时机、留针时间、间隔时间及周期也是影响疗效的重要参数。各研究得出的结论差异较大,为促进电针参数规范化、标准化,今后还需更多大样本、多中心、随机对照的临床研究,为电针围术期应用提供更高质量的临床证据。Electroacupuncture,as a technical means to prevent and treat various complications during the perioperative period,has been used more and more widely in recent years.The author extensively reads the relevant research literature on the time parameters of the application of electroacupuncture in the perioperative period,and sorts out and organizes them.As a result,many scholars have affirmed its curative effect,but there are also many problems in clinical practical application.In addition to the waveform,frequency,intensity,etc.of electroacupuncture,its intervention timing,needle retention time,interval time and period are also important parameters that affect the therapeutic effect.The conclusions of the studies are quite different.In order to promote the standardization and standardization of electroacupuncture parameters,more large-sample,multi-center,randomized controlled clinical studies are needed in the future to provide higher-quality clinical evidence for the perioperative application of electroacupuncture.
