摘  要:乐西高速是国内首次采用TBM掘进施工工艺进行辅助隧道施工的高速公路,具有极其重要的经济及战略意义。但是大凉山1号隧道所经区域主要存在断层及构造密集带、岩溶发育强烈、富水地层涌水、岩爆及软岩大变形等不良地质,地质条件极其复杂。本文介绍了HSP法在TBM施工过程中的技术理论,以及TBM破岩波场的正演研究和实际施工过程中的数据处理。通过HSP在大凉山1号隧道TBM施工段案例的解析和实际情况的对比,得出HSP声波反射法对不良地质结构面存在具有较好的正相关响应,是适用于TBM施工时地质预报的高效方法之一,且该方法准确有效,切实保障了TBM掘进的安全性与掘进的高效率。Lexi expressway is the first expressway in China to adopt TBM tunneling construction technology in tunnel construction,which has extremely important economic and strategic significance.However,the area where No.1 Daliangshan tunnel passes has rich unfavorable and extremely complex geological conditions,such as dense zones of faults and structures,strong karst development,water gushing in water-rich strata,rock burst and large deformation of soft rock.This paper introduces the technical theory of HSP method in TBM construction process,as well as the forward research of TBM rock-breaking wave field and data processing in actual construction.In order to solve the safety problem in TBM tunneling,through the case analysis of HSP in TBM construction section of Daliangshan No.1 tunnel and the comparison of actual situation,the paper concludes that HSP acoustic reflection method has a good positive correlation response to the existence of bad geological structure plane,it is one of the efficient methods for geological prediction in TBM construction,which shows that the HSP method is accurate and effective,and actually ensures the safety and high efficiency of TBM tunneling.
