摘  要:铁路隧道中由于衬砌存在脱空或空洞,可能发行掉块,击中正在高速运行的列车,造成严重的安全事故,因此在运营铁道路隧道开展初砌工程质量检测十分重要。为了保证检测工作的顺利进行和检测结果的准确性,本文从天线频率、测线布置、标识间距、现场数据采集及关键技术等方面进行了全方位的研究。针对既有铁路隧道质量检测设计了一种特有检测装置,能有效解决既有隧道内立柱、接触网等已有构件对检测工作的干扰,保证检测工作的连续性,提高检测质量和效率;对既铁路隧道底部质量检测,可通过降低道砟及轨枕引起的干扰信号影响,提高信噪比,能提高隧道底部病害异常体判识的准确度。本次研究对探地雷达在铁路隧道衬砌质量无损检测应用中的常见问题给出了有效的解决办法,能大幅度提高工作效率和检测质量,可给铁路隧道衬砌施工、检测和研究提供有益的借鉴和参考。In this paper,the application technology of ground penetrating radar in railway tunnel(including existing railway tunnel)is studied,including antenna frequency,line layout,sign spacing,field data acquisition and key technology.A special detection device is designed for the quality detection of existing railway tunnel,which can effectively solve the interference of existing components such as column and catenary in existing railway tunnel,ensure the continuity of detection work,and improve the detection quality and efficiency.For the quality inspection of the tunnel bottom of the existing line,the signal-to-noise ratio can be improved by reducing the influence of interference signals caused by ballast and sleepers,and the accuracy of disease and abnormal body identification at the tunnel bottom can be improved.This paper gives effective solutions to the common problems in the application of ground penetrating radar in the nondestructive testing of railway tunnel lining quality,which can greatly improve the work efficiency and testing quality,and can provide useful reference for the construction,testing and research of railway tunnel lining.
