摘　　要：渤海某平台双介质滤器作为污水处理系统最后一级脱油设备,通过其内部滤料的过滤功能除去污水含油,并通过定期反洗保持滤料清洁,随着使用时间的增加,过滤效果变差,影响注水水质。在对现状分析及调查的基础上,采用鱼骨图分析方法,找出末端因素,并对各因素逐一进行甄别,制定了整改策略:增加手动收油管线,改变充填砾石粒径,调整核桃壳、石英砂、砾石三者的充填比例。双介质滤器出口水质含油量明显改善,同时制定了操作规范文件以进一步巩固运行效果,为后期双介质滤器相似问题的处理提供借鉴。As the last deoiling equipment in the wastewater treatment system,the dual media filter on a platform in Bohai Sea removes oil in the wastewater through the filtration function of the internal filter material,and keeps the filter material clean by regular backwashing.With the increase of the use time,the filtration effect becomes worse,affecting the injection water quality.Through analyzing the status quo and survey,the fishbone diagram analysis method is used to find out the factors at the end,and each factor is screened one by one.The rectification strategies are formulated:increasing the manual oil receiving pipeline,changing the particle size of filled gravel,and adjusting the filling ratio of walnut shell,quartz sand and gravel.The oil content of water quality at the outlet of dual media filter is significantly improved,and the operation specification documents are formulated to further consolidate the operation effect,so as to provide reference for the treatment of similar problems of dual media filter in the later stage.
