摘  要:为了调查河北省石家庄地区奶牛蹄叶炎的发病情况及患病奶牛相关血液指标的变化,2018年9月—2020年1月对石家庄地区8个奶牛养殖场进行调查,随机选取20头急性蹄叶炎患病奶牛,采集血样,进行相关指标的测定分析。调查结果显示,河北省石家庄地区奶牛蹄叶炎患病率为2.89%,8~10月为发病高峰期,患病率随胎次增加而呈现上升趋势。与对照组相比,患病奶牛血清中组胺、内毒素含量极显著升高(P<0.01),白细胞(WBC)数显著升高(P<0.05),谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆固醇(TC)含量显著升高(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结果表明,患病奶牛出现全身性炎症反应,且存在肝损伤和脂质代谢紊乱,相关血液学指标与蹄叶炎的发病密切相关,或可作为监测指标用于蹄叶炎的早期诊断。In order to understand the incidence of dairy cow laminitis and the changes of related blood indexes in dairy cows in Shijiazhuang,Hebei province.From September 2018 to January 2020,8 dairy farms in Shijiazhuang were investigated.20 dairy cows with acute laminitis were randomly selected,and the blood samples were collected to determine and analyze the related indexes.The results showed that the prevalence rate of cow laminitis in Shijiazhuang,Hebei province was 2.89%,and the peak period was from August to October.The prevalence rate showed an upward trend with the increase of parity.Compared with the control group,the contents of histamine and endotoxin in serum of sick dairy cows increased significantly(P<0.01),the number of leukocytes(WBC)increased significantly(P<0.05),the contents of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and total cholesterol(TC)increased significantly(P<0.05),and the content of high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)decreased significantly(P<0.05).The results showed that the sick dairy cows had systemic inflammatory reaction,liver injury and lipid metabolism disorder.The relevant hematological indexes were closely related to the incidence of cow laminitis,or could be used as a monitoring index for the early diagnosis of cow laminitis.
