摘  要:为探讨海藻粉和蒲公英粉及其协同对蛋鸡生产性能、免疫功能和蛋品质的影响,本试验采用4×2(海藻粉×蒲公英粉)完全随机试验设计,选取健康且体重相近的45周龄海兰褐蛋鸡1600只,随机分成8组,每组200只,各组设置5个重复,每40只为1个重复。海藻粉分别按0、1.0%、3.0%和5.0%,蒲公英粉按2.0%和4.0%分别添加到日粮中,预饲期7 d,正试期35 d。结果表明:海藻粉、蒲公英粉单独添加,海藻粉和蒲公英粉协同效应均能提高产蛋率、蛋黄颜色、蛋壳强度、新城疫抗体效价、粒细胞数量(P<0.05),降低料蛋比(P<0.05)。结果表明,海藻粉和蒲公英粉对蛋鸡生产性能、免疫功能和蛋品质的影响存在协同效应,其中以5.0%海藻粉+2.0%蒲公英粉的效果最佳。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of seaweed powder(SP)and dandelion powder(DP)on performance,immune function and egg quality of laying hens.A 4×2(SP×DP)completely random experiment design was used.1600 healthy Hyline brown layers of 45 weeks old with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 8 groups,200 in each group,and one repeat for every 40 hens.SP supplementation levels were 0,1.0%,3.0%and 5.0%,respectively.DP supplementation levels were 2.0%and 4.0%,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days and the trial period lasted for 35 days.The results showed that the supplement of SP,DP alone,and combination increased laying rate,yolk color,eggshell strength,Newcastle disease antibody titer,and granulocyte(P<0.05),but decreased the ratio of feed to egg(P<0.05).It is concluded that SP and DP have synergistic effects on performance,immune function and egg quality of laying hens.The suitable level is 5.0%SP and 2.0%DP in the whole period.
