张效科从“风神相关”论治顽固性失眠经验

摘　　要：顽固性失眠久治不愈,究其根本在于内风扰乱心神,即所谓的“风神相关”。顽固性失眠反复发作,病情变化迅速,阴阳气血及脏腑功能失调,故扰及心神之风,多以内风为主。在治疗顽固性失眠方面,张效科教授紧紧围绕“风神相关”这一关键,重点关注熄风安神、滋阴降火方法的运用,自拟三三安神合剂(地黄40g,姜黄20g,天竺黄15g,延胡索30g,山萸肉30g,百合30g)滋阴降火。巧用藤类风药熄风安神,随证加减,临床疗效显著。Intractable insomnia can not be cured for a long time.Its root lies in the internal wind disturbing the heart-mind,that is,the so-called"wind relating to spirit".Intractable insomnia occurs repeatedly,the condition changes rapidly,and the functions of yin and yang,qi and blood and zang-fu viscera lose balance.Therefore,the wind that disturbs the heart-mind is mostly the internal wind.In the treatment of intractable insomnia,Professor Zhang Xiaoke closely focused on the key pathogenesis of"wind relating to spirit",focusing on the application of methods of extinguish wind for tranquillization,nourishing yin and reducing fire,and prepared Sansan Anshen mixture[(Dihuang(Rehmannia glutinosa)40 g,Jianghuang(Rhizoma Curcumae Longae)20 g,Tianzhuhuang(Geranium)15 g,Yanhusuo(Rhizoma Corydalis)30 g,Shanyurou(Cornus officinalis)30 g,Baihe(Lily)30 g)]to nourish yin and reduce fire.Professor Zhang Xiaoke skillfully used rattan wind medicine to extinguish wind for tranquillization,add and subtract with the syndrome,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
